I’ve never seen such low unemployment in my life. There are literally more jobs than workers! But that doesn’t mean everywhere is thriving.

Here in Lucas County, we’re stuck. We haven’t had significant job growth in years. That needs to change. We have to showcase how great our region is. And be business-friendly to all who want to invest in Lucas County. We have so many attributes that any company would love to be here. Whether it’s our location, with expressway access. Our population, with thousands of time, tested hardworking men and women. Or our low taxes (for now) and room for growth. Lucas County just needs to open up to the world and be eager to facilitate the growing US economy. We just have to have the right attitude, willingness to accept new ideas. New businesses mean new jobs, its time to think bigger.
